Tri Express Plumbing was founded by Kevin Morris, who began his career in 2000 at A.O. Reed & Co., one of San Diego's largest and most established mechanical contracting firms. He worked his way from apprentice to project manager on some of the region's most complex commercial builds. That institutional project experience — reading plans, coordinating with supers, hitting rough-in schedules, and managing multi-trade inspections — is what he brings to every GC relationship today.

We provide an itemized written scope covering what's included, what's excluded, permit allowances, and phasing assumptions. No vague ballparks. You know exactly what you're buying before you sign.
We sign your subcontract agreement. COI naming your company as additional insured is provided before mobilization. We're set up for your standard documentation requirements including lien waivers.
We pull the plumbing permit under our C-36 license and coordinate our inspection timeline directly with the AHJ. We align our rough-in and trim-out schedule with your super — you hear about changes from us first, not after the fact.
We show up when we say we will. Rough-in completed to your framing schedule so we don't hold up your sheetrock crew or any other trade behind us.
