AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the website triexpressplumbing.com or any services provided by Tri Express Plumbing you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or services.

1. SERVICES

Tri Express Plumbing provides licensed plumbing services in San Diego County, California including:

  • Water heater installation and replacement
  • Whole-home repiping
  • Leak detection and repair
  • Slab leak detection and repair
  • Water filtration system installation
  • ADU plumbing rough-in
  • Drain cleaning
  • Plumbing remodels
  • Emergency plumbing services

All services are performed by or under the supervision of a licensed California plumbing contractor (CA License #926629).


2. AI ESTIMATE TOOL — IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

Our website offers an AI-powered plumbing estimate tool. By using this tool you acknowledge and agree that:

a) Estimates Are Not Binding Quotes All estimates generated by our AI estimate tool are preliminary and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a binding contract, firm quote, or guarantee of final pricing.

b) Final Pricing Requires On-Site Evaluation Actual pricing may differ from AI estimates based on:

  • Site conditions not visible in photos
  • Permit requirements
  • Material costs at time of service
  • Complexity of the job
  • Access difficulties

e) Photo Submissions By uploading photos you confirm you have the right to share those images and grant Tri Express Plumbing the right to use them solely for the purpose of providing your estimate.


3. APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

  • Appointments are subject to availability
  • We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window
  • Same-day service is available but not guaranteed
  • Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before scheduled appointment
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergency calls or unforeseen circumstances

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Final pricing is provided after on-site evaluation before work begins
  • We provide transparent upfront pricing with no hidden fees
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Emergency and after-hours service calls may incur additional fees
  • Permit fees are separate from labor and material costs

5. WARRANTIES

Tri Express Plumbing warrants our workmanship as follows:

  • Labor: 1 year warranty on all labor
  • Parts and materials: Covered by manufacturer warranty
  • Water heaters: Warranty per manufacturer (typically 6-12 years)

Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Damage caused by other contractors

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by California law Tri Express Plumbing’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of use of property
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
  • Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control

7. PERMITS AND CODE COMPLIANCE

Tri Express Plumbing handles all required permits for permitted work. Homeowners who request unpermitted work assume full responsibility for code compliance issues.


8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your plumbing issue
  • Ensure safe access to work areas
  • Notify us of any known hazards
  • Be present or have an authorized adult present during service
  • Inform us of any prior work done on the plumbing system

9. SMS TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

a) Consent to Receive SMS Messages. By providing your mobile phone number to Tri Express Plumbing — whether through our website contact forms, by phone, or in person at the time of a service appointment — you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Tri Express Plumbing at the number you provide. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
